If we've not met yet, let's change that! I am a mama of 5, (his, mine and ours) and I live in a small community in Central Illinois. I am a former Corporate America Manager turned passionate entrepreneur.

I am also entering the... pause... and I'm not talking about the dramatic pause where the story takes a turn. Or, wait - am I? I mean, it kinda feels that way. Moods shifting, raging, then crying, weight gain, brain fog or just brain farts all day long. It's not pleasant, but it is reality. It's gonna happen to us all. And the scary part is I'm hearing this 'ish lasts for 20 years or more! YIKES! All of which led me to my latest passion - becoming a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist!

I'm dedicated to supporting women and helping you to navigate this season of life, the mentalpause - and embracing the changes together.

Join me in this community of women who are pre-peri-post and all the others in between who feel like they are losing their ever-loving mind somedays and other days are so excited to leave this part of your life behind and celebrate the journey. I also want to laugh, have fun and thrive - cause I'm done with just surviving.
